STUDIO BPM

SHU TO / has designed a lounge in a music studio. We attempted to express both a traditional and modern style by layering each material, old brick and terrazzo for instance. This creates a unique atmosphere which satisfies not only rock-musicians but also others. The table lighting fixtures in the middle of the studio are made of real microphone stands to embody music.

音楽スタジオ STUDIO BPM のバー及びラウンジのデザインをSHU TO / が担当。ロック、ジャズ、クラシックなど様々なジャンルの音楽を演奏するために多くの人が集まる場所であるため、"クラシックとモダン"、"クールとユニーク"など、相対する表現を組み合わせることで、空間の"ジャンル"の曖昧さを思考。レンガやテラゾーなど上質な素材を組み合わせ、個性的な形の椅子やテーブル、照明、什器などを配置。中央のテーブルの脚には、音楽が集う空間の象徴として複数のマイクスタンドが設置され、個性的かつ現代的な表現がなされている。
